We Offer Exceptional home Care Services
Locally owned and operated, A Touch of Love Home Care is your extended family when your family is not able to be there. We focus on providing competent, quality care to all of our clients and aim to keep your loved one where they are most happiest: at home!
1. Initial Call: After receiving your information, we will conduct a 5-10 minute call to answer any questions and set up a time to conduct an assessment.
2. In Home Assessment: During the assessment, we will ask questions that will assist us with your individualized care plan, answer any additional questions, and complete paperwork.
3. Start of Care: At the start of care, a supervisor will come with the Caregiver and present the care plan and assist with introductions.
4. Client Visits: Once care has begun, we will continue to ensure you are providing exceptional care and adjust care plan if needed.
