How soon can you place a Caregiver?
After the In-Home Assessment, we can place a Caregiver within 24-72 hours. We must assess the situation, get an understanding of you or your loved ones needs, and then match you with a Caregiver who can be there for you. For those times when unexpected situations occur, we are able to provide quick service.

Are your Caregivers insured?
All A Touch of Love Home Care Caregivers are insured and required to complete a background check. We make sure every caregiver is properly screened to ensure your loved one and their homes are fully protected.

Does your In-Home Agency conduct background
checks on your employees?
Yes. Each of our Caregivers must pass an extensive background check to work for A Touch of Love Home Care.

Are your Caregivers trained to handle tough clients?
A Touch of Love Home Care Caregivers are trained to handle anything. We have detailed training curriculum and ongoing training make sure they are always fully prepared to care for their clients.
Our Caregivers also participate in accredited training courses and webinars and offers our Caregivers to earn certifications in different skill sets.
